Pipe material
The bed frame is made of 40 × 60 square tubes with a thickness of 1.2mm. The bed surface is made of 15 × 30 square tubes with a thickness of 1.2mm. The bed body connectors are all made of thick walled pipes with a thickness of 2.75mm or more or 3mm cold plate stamped and formed.

Bed spraying process

Shake handle design:
