Joystick
The joystick has a bidirectional over shake protection device, so there is no need to worry about damage due to over shaking, greatly increasing its service life. The rocker spring box is made of steel, anti cracking, with high support force and wear resistance, safe and reliable, easy to use without noise, ensuring smooth operation, and also comes with a dust cover.
Aluminum alloy guardrail
The total length of the side guardrail is 1150mm, and it is a D-type aluminum alloy handrail with a hardened surface treatment. Equipped with 5 stainless steel guardrail pillars, the upper and lower connectors are made of one-time stamped steel parts with a thickness of 2.5mm. The switch is carefully designed to ensure long-term safety, and is also equipped with anti loosening fasteners that are wear-resistant and non deformable. It can be retracted and placed flat, slightly higher than the bed surface when retracted, to prevent the mattress from shifting.
Bedhead and tailboard
Made of ABS engineering plastic with blue accents in the middle, blow molded in one go using a mold, resistant to fading, aging, corrosion, and easy to clean. The bed tail board is equipped with transparent medical record cards, and the head and tail of the bed can be freely disassembled without the use of any tools, making it convenient and practical.
Mobile silent casters
Easy to move freely, and equipped with a brake device to fix the bed. The diameter of the mobile casters is 12cm, with built-in double bearings. The fork is made of a cold plate with a thickness of 2.5mm and stamped in one go. The tire surface is soft, ensuring smooth and quiet movement.
1-second quick access door
The load-bearing material of the access door is a solid steel rod with a diameter of 20mm, which can effectively support the strength of the buttocks and ensure that there will be no sinking or non return during long-term use. The toilet seat mattress and toilet seat position are designed with adhesive, so there is no need to move the nursing staff when taking the toilet seat, and the mattress can be removed. Combined with a quick access device, the toilet opening can be opened within 1 second, truly achieving zero waiting. It is also equipped with an adjustable height device. If the mouth sinks during use, it can be self adjusted to restore to its original position. The load-bearing plate of the container below the toilet seat is made of a 1.2mm thick steel plate that is stamped and formed in one go, ensuring overall safety and reliability.-
