Aluminum alloy guardrail
The total length of the side guardrail is 1150mm, with D-shaped aluminum alloy handrails, surface hardening treatment, 5 aluminum alloy guardrail pillars, and the upper and lower connecting parts are made of one-time stamping forming parts with a thickness of 2.5mm. The switch is carefully designed to ensure long-term safety, equipped with anti loosening fasteners, wear-resistant, non deformable, and can be contracted flat. When contracted, it is slightly higher than the bed surface to prevent the mattress from shifting.

Bedhead and tailboard

Made of ABS engineering plastic, with wood grain color embellished in the middle, blow molded in one go using a mold. It is resistant to fading, aging, corrosion, and easy to clean. A transparent medical record card is installed on the bed tail board, and the head and tail of the bed can be freely disassembled without the use of any tools.

Mobile silent casters

Convenient for free movement; At the same time, it is equipped with a brake device to fix the bed, with a diameter of 12cm for moving casters, built-in double bearings, and a fork made of a cold plate 2.5mm (thickness) stamped in one go. The tire surface is soft.

1-second quick access door

The load-bearing material of the access door adopts a solid steel rod with a diameter of 20mm, which effectively supports the strength of the buttocks and ensures that there will be no sinking or non return during long-term use. The toilet seat mattress and toilet seat position are designed with adhesive, so there is no need to move the nursing staff when taking the toilet seat. With the quick toilet seat device, the toilet seat can be opened within 1 second, achieving true zero waiting. And equipped with an adjustable height device, if the toilet seat sinks during use, it can be self adjusted to restore to its original position. The load-bearing plate of the container below the toilet seat is made of a 1.2mm thick steel plate that is stamped and formed in one go, ensuring overall safety and reliability.
