Shake handle
Adopting a metal spiral design, the handle surface is electroplated and foldable, making it both sturdy and practical.
Joystick
The joystick is equipped with a bidirectional over shake protection device, which will not be damaged due to excessive shaking, thereby increasing its service life. The rocker spring box is made of steel material, which is resistant to breakage, has high support force and wear resistance, and is safe and reliable. ABS guardrail
The side guardrail is made of ABS plastic lifting type, with a total length of 1080mm, which can be raised and lowered up and down. Equipped with a pneumatic deceleration device during the descent process to prevent injury to personnel due to excessive descent speed. Shrinking slightly above the bed surface can prevent the mattress from shifting.
Bedhead and tailboard
Made of ABS engineering plastic, decorated with wood grain color in the middle, and molded in one injection molding using a mold. It has the advantages of fade resistance, aging resistance, corrosion resistance, and easy cleaning. There is a transparent medical record card installed on the bed tail board. The head and tail of the bed can be freely disassembled without the need for any tools.

The bed frame of the nursing bed is made of 40 × 60 square tubes with a thickness of 1.2mm, while the bed surface is made of 15 × 30 square tubes with a thickness of 1.2mm. The connecting components of the bed are made of thick walled pipes with a thickness of 2.75mm or more, or 3mm cold plate stamped and formed to ensure firmness and stability.

Bed spraying process

The surface of the bed is first treated with steel shot sandblasting for rust removal, and then electrostatic spraying is used.
