Material and process:
1. The bed frame is made of high-quality rectangular steel pipes measuring 30 * 60 * 1.2mm, and the connecting components are 3mm thick stamped steel parts. After surface baking treatment, there are no scratches, burrs, or edges, presenting a beautiful appearance. 2. Bed spraying process: The surface of the bed is first treated with steel shot sandblasting to remove rust, and then coated using electrostatic spraying. The bed is coated with anti-static powder, which has the characteristics of resistance to acid and alkali corrosion and fading.

Two sets of handles

The handle is made of stainless steel, which is beautiful and durable. The screw rod is made of 45 # steel, with a wall thickness of 3.0mm. The lifting screw rod has a smooth surface and is sturdy and durable. The joystick adopts a universal joint structure and is equipped with a bidirectional limit protection device, which is safe and reliable. Easy to use, noiseless, and equipped with protective devices to prevent dust accumulation. The handle can be folded and retracted, convenient and practical.

Adjustment range

The overall lifting range of the bed surface is 440-670mm (excluding guardrails). The back tilt angle is 0-15 °, which can meet different usage needs.

Guardrail

There are foldable stainless steel fully enclosed guardrails on both sides, with locking structural components that can be rotated 180 ° to be lowered. The head and tail of the bed are equipped with snap on plug-in stainless steel guardrails, which are safe and secure to use, convenient for getting on and off the bed, and effectively reduce secondary injuries.

Mattress

Made of high toughness and environmentally friendly kayak material that meets standards such as ROSH/EN71. The pad is sandwiched with high-density EVA, which is soft and comfortable, capable of withstanding high temperatures and severe cold, and not easily deformed or aged. Detachable for cleaning and disinfection to maintain hygiene.

Silent Wheel

Equipped with 5-inch high-end double-sided silent wheels and built-in fully enclosed self-lubricating bearings, it does not require refueling or maintenance and can extend its service life. It can effectively prevent foreign objects from getting involved and brake independently. The wheel surface is made of TPR polymer wear-resistant material, which is wear-resistant and noise free, making it easy, smooth and fast to move.
