4. Rotation Function: When using the rotation function, 50cm clearance is required on both sides. During rotation, the backrest will automatically adjust to a comfortable 40° position. When rotated to 90° relative to the bed body, the backrest rises and the legs curl downward, allowing the user to get out of bed with the assistance of the side rails on both sides.

5. Emergency Stop Function: Pressing the red emergency stop button activates the lock function. The entire control handle is locked and cannot be used. Press the red emergency stop button again to release the lock and restore normal function of all other features.

6. One‑Touch Reset Function: Long press the one‑touch reset button to sequentially restore all functions to their original positions.

7. Headboard and Footboard Panels: The headboard and footboard feature full solid oak wood (with soft padding) color decoration, better matching home decor styles. Considering the auxiliary function for elderly walking assistance in nursing centers and homes, the headboard features rounded corner design with no sharp edges, and the footboard crossbar is made of a single piece of solid wood.

8. Battery: The battery installed in the control box can automatically switch to built‑in power operation during power outages, ensuring the nursing bed remains functional even without external power. As the battery is built‑in, no separate charging is required. When plugged in, the battery charges automatically and switches circuits once fully charged, so long‑term charging will not affect the battery.

9. Materials: The bed frame sides use 30x50 square tubes with 1.2mm wall thickness. The bed surface panel is welded from iron wire mesh, improving bed board strength, balanced load distribution, strong pressure resistance, with ventilation holes and anti‑slip functionality, ensuring durability. All bed body connectors use thick‑walled tubing of 2.75mm or above, or 3mm cold‑rolled plate stamping.

10. Four side rails are made of 22mm diameter steel round tubes with plastic coating, providing durability, sturdiness, and comfortable touch.

11. Mattress: The outer layer uses knitted fabric, providing comfortable body feel, aesthetic appearance, and easy removal for washing. The inner core uses 8cm high‑elasticity sponge, offering softness, comfort, moisture absorption, and breathability.

Equipped with 5‑inch premium dual‑side silent casters with built‑in fully enclosed self‑lubricating bearings (extending service life), requiring no oil maintenance, preventing foreign object entanglement, with independent braking. The wheel surface uses TPR polymer wear‑resistant material, providing wear resistance, noise‑free operation, and smooth, stable, quick movement.

13. The entire bed is treated with electrostatic powder coating: The bed frame uses antibacterial coating, providing antibacterial protection, acid‑alkali corrosion resistance, fade resistance, and effectively extending service life.
