1.The base and upright column are made of high‑quality 40*60*3.0mm rectangular steel tubes. The base cross beam adopts high‑quality 60*80*4.0mm rectangular steel tubes, and the lifting arm uses high‑quality 30*50*2.5mm rectangular steel tubes. The whole unit is fabricated by welding with firm welding joints and smooth weld surfaces for sturdiness and durability. The surface is finished with baking paint, free of scratches, burrs and sharp edges.

1.Number of Motors：

One set of Qingdao Haojiangbrand linear actuators. Rated Power Supply: AC 100220V/50Hz; Rated Power: ≤120VA. Remote handset controls lifting arm elevation. Footpedal operated leg opening for enhanced convenience.

2.Backup Battery：

The controller features a built‑in battery pack. Full charging time: approx. 6.5 hours. It delivers 40 lifting cycles for 80 kg load or 60 cycles for 40 kg load. Operating cycles vary by patient weight. Do not over‑discharge the battery to preserve its lifespan. Recharge at 20%‑30% remaining power.

3.Emergency Stop：

To prevent hazards caused by improper operation, the controller is equipped with an emergency‑stop button. In case of an emergency, press the red emergency‑stop button to halt all functions immediately. After the hazard is resolved, twist the red emergency‑stop button clockwise to resume operation.

4.Special mesh sling with multilayer, multicolor straps for easy adjustment of the patient’s body position.

5.The lifting arm shackle supports 360° rotation, enabling easy reorientation of the patient’s body position.

It adopts slingtype lifting operation.: It features electric lifting. A dedicated sling is used to transfer patients to other positions. The base legs can be spread apart to adapt to variousspace scenarios. The rear wheels are equipped with brakes to prevent unintended movement of the transfer trolley during patient lifting, so as to avoid injuries to both caregivers and patients.
