Product Material

(1) The bed frame is carefully crafted from high-quality carbon steel rectangular steel pipes measuring 40mm in length, 60mm in width, and 1.2mm in thickness.

(2) The bed panel is formed by one-time stamping with high-quality cold-rolled carbon steel plate of 1.2mm, which significantly improves the strength of the bed panel, evenly balances the force, and has strong pressure resistance. The bed board has breathable holes and anti slip function, and is reinforced with welded steel pipes below, making it sturdy and durable.

(3) The bed legs are made of high-quality carbon steel rectangular steel pipes measuring 40mm in length, 40mm in width, and 1.2mm in thickness.

The use of CE certified low-voltage DC silent motors ensures long-term safety and low noise during operation.

Bedhead and Bedend

Made of advanced ABS material, blow molded in one go, with a light blue headboard. The locking components are all made of steel and adopt symmetrical quick sockets, which can be quickly disassembled. The outer side of the bed tail board is equipped with a transparent headboard card, and the headboard adopts a corner wrapped anti-collision design.

The bed can carry 170kg.

After multiple surface treatments, the entire bed undergoes electrostatic spraying to achieve a more perfect appearance and strong chemical corrosion resistance. The spraying material used is environmentally friendly and non-toxic.

The entire bed is treated with electrostatic powder coating. The bed coating adopts antibacterial coating, which has the characteristics of antibacterial, acid alkali corrosion resistance, and fading resistance, and can effectively extend the service life.

There are two infusion rack holes set at the head of the bed.

Guardrail
- The total length of the side guardrail is 1150mm, with a D-type aluminum alloy handrail that has undergone surface hardening treatment. It is equipped with 5 stainless steel guardrail pillars, and the upper and lower connecting parts are made of one-time stamped steel with a thickness of 2.5mm. The switch is carefully designed to ensure long-term safety, equipped with anti loosening fasteners that are wear-resistant and non deformable. It can be retracted and placed flat, slightly above the bed surface when retracted, to prevent the mattress from shifting.

Wheels
- Mobile silent wheels: convenient for the bed to move freely; Simultaneously equipped with a brake device to fix the bed. The diameter of the mobile casters is 125mm, with built-in double bearings. The fork is formed by one-time stamping with a 2.5mm thick cold plate, and the tire surface is soft.
