Material and process:
1. The bed frame is made of high-quality rectangular steel pipes of 30 * 60 * 1.2mm, and the connecting parts are made of 3mm thick stamped steel parts. The welding is firm, smooth, sturdy and durable, with a surface treated with baking paint, no scratches, burrs, edges or corners, and a movable bracket. The back bed plate adopts a double "V" - shaped double support unloading structure, which evenly and disperses the unloading force, greatly improving the safety performance of the hospital bed.

2. Bed spraying process:
The surface of the bed is sandblasted and rust removed with steel balls, and then electrostatically sprayed. The bed is coated with anti-static powder, which is resistant to acid and alkali corrosion and fading.
