1.Number of Cranks: 

2 in total — 1 for manual backrest adjustment, 1 for manual leg position adjustment, and the toilet conversion uses a quick wrench.

2.Adjustment Range:

Backrest lifting angle: 0-70°

Leg position lifting angle: +20° to -65°

3.Cranks:

The backrest crank adopts a metal spiral design with electroplated surface treatment on the handle, foldable, sturdy and practical.

The leg control uses an ABS telescopic crank, which can be retracted for storage, aesthetically pleasing and practical.

4.Rocker Rod:

The rocker rod spring box is made of steel, preventing cracking, providing high support force, high wear resistance, safe and reliable, smooth operation with no noise, ensuring smooth use, and equipped with a dust cover.

5.Aluminum Alloy Side Rails:

Side rail total length: 1150mm. D-shaped aluminum alloy handrail with wood grain transfer printing, surface hardened treatment. 5 aluminum alloy rail support posts. Upper and lower connectors are stamped from steel plates in one piece with 3.0mm thickness. The switch is carefully designed to ensure long-term safety, equipped with anti-loosening fasteners, wear-resistant, non-deforming. The rails can be collapsed flat, sitting slightly above the bed surface when collapsed to prevent mattress displacement. The rail surface is electrophoretically colored in wood grain color, better matching home decor styles.

6.Headboard and Footboard:

Made of ABS engineering plastic with wood grain color accents in the middle, formed in one blow-molding process, resistant to fading, aging, and corrosion, easy to clean. A transparent medical record card is mounted on the footboard. The headboard and footboard can be freely detached without any tools.

7.Silent Moving Casters:

Moving casters feature a dual-row surface design for free movement, with a braking mechanism to secure the bed body. Caster diameter: 12cm, built-in dual bearings. Forks are stamped from 2.5mm cold-rolled plate in one piece. Tire surface is soft tread.

Wheelchair moving casters are made of stainless steel with braking mechanism, caster diameter 10cm, soft tread tire surface.

8.Mattress:

The outer mattress cover uses Simmons mattress fabric, comfortable and soft to the touch. The inner core uses 4cm eco-friendly coir fiber with good breathability and 2cm high-density sponge with good rebound. It is insect-proof treated, maintains shape during long-term use, and offers excellent breathability. The wheelchair seat cushion uses leather material to prevent liquid contamination of the inner core, easy to wipe clean.

9.Telescopic Dining Table:

The table board is made of refined ABS material with telescopic function. Both ends feature ABS compression-molded concave shelves (anti-displacement), easy to clean, wear-resistant, convenient for patient use, safe and reliable.

10.1-Second Quick-Open Toilet Door:

The toilet door load-bearing material uses 20mm diameter round tube, effectively supporting hip weight and ensuring no sinking or failure to return to position during long-term use. The toilet opening mattress and opening position use adhesive design, eliminating the need to move the care recipient during toileting. Remove the mattress and use with the quick toileting device, enabling the toilet opening to be fully opened within 1 second, achieving true zero wait time. It is equipped with an adjustable height mechanism. If the toilet opening sinks during use, it can be manually adjusted back to the original position. The container load-bearing plate below the toilet opening is stamped from 1.2mm steel plate in one piece, ensuring overall safety and reliability.

11. 11.Leg Load-Bearing:

Support material uses 26mm diameter round tube with 2.5mm wall thickness, capable of bearing 100kg weight safely and securely, with no deformation during long-term use.

12. 12.Backrest Lifting Pulley Design:

Equipped with 4 widened pulleys, avoiding noise and bed body damage caused by friction during long-term use. Reduces frictional resistance and lightens the burden on caregivers.

13.Rounded Corner Frame Design:

The rounded corner frame design is not only aesthetically pleasing but also enhances the overall integrity of the frame, while preventing scratches to bedding and mattresses during use.

14.Elevating IV Pole:

Height can be adjusted according to user needs. The main pole is made of high-quality stainless steel tube with 4 hooks, allowing simultaneous multi-bottle infusion. Can be folded and stored at the headboard when not in use.

15.Leg Ground-Contact Pulley Design:

When the legs descend to contact the ground, small black wheels at the bottom of the legs create a rolling action with the ground, avoiding floor scratches.
